RALPHThe BossAfter his birth on June 6, 2008, Ralph immediately became a spoiled pet and started building his all-season wardrobe
and learning how to eat without being hand-fed (he has yet to master this 100%). However, in 2010, he began working in the veterinary field with his mom, Dr. Vandre Clear. He began his training in emergency medicine, and focused solely on not being left home alone during overnight shifts. From 2011-2015, he went back into the field of leisure and was a stay-at-home poodle. In Aug 2015, upon arriving in St. Louis, he was immediately put to work after 4 years of freeloading. He started at Animal Skin Ear and Allergy Clinic as the Official Greeter (that’s what his name tag says), but with his special way of putting pets and owners at ease, and with no reservation about his affection and enthusiasm for his job, he soon worked his way up to have a variety of roles within the clinic, such as escort, guard dog, empathizer, supervisor, treat eater, lap warmer, toy hoarder, dancer, hugger, and fashion and mailbox model. He has certainly grown into his roles here and is known as “The Boss”. |
